allot of people online have said that powerchains hurt ALLOT more than normally having braces without it. but uhh im having my powerchain in for 4 weeks already and i dont feel anything LOL

I had a gap in my front 2 teeth after getting my braces off. I think my teeth shifted. By my retainer had 2 hooks and the orthodontist had me wear a rubber band to close the gap.

hey doc, just got my braces yesterday and i can’t fully close my mouth because the 3rd teeth on front are getting pushed back in my mouth, it hurts every time i fully close my mouth
