blood tests aren't always accurate, mine didn't show up until they went in for the endoscopy (it's rare but it's not unknown)

If I had to eat gluten for a test, I'd be all over a soft pretzel. The cinnamon sugar ones from Auntie Anne's, specifically. haha

I have a spreadsheet of all the stuff I would eat if I ever needed to do a gluten challenge to get officially diagnosed with celiac disease, so far it’s not worth it 😂

I have a gluten intolerance (not celiac) and found out they make gluten pills that you can take prior to eating gluten and they have been a lifesaver for me!

If you don’t have a specific reason you need to have an official disnosis it’s likely not worth it. Could take weeks or months to stop feeling the symptoms. Diagnosis doesn’t do much for us.

I'll be doing this soon for my test but I'm going all our, I'm going to eat white castle, panda express and pizza. all my favorites I've missed and couldn't eat. I could eat pizza but not REAL chicago
