I swear by body armours and any oatmeal snacks (granola/oatmeal pies/etc) for milk supply. Currently been nursing 14 months & no plan to stop anytime soon. (1/2)

I breastfed my daughter for 14 months, pumping due to latching issues, but I made a drink with coconut water, body armor and a packet of liquid IV and drank 40oz of that a day and it helped my supply

Why are you waiting till 6 weeks to pump? If you want to succeed with bf it’s best to pump right away to build a little bit of an oversupply

love this! also good to know that letdown can be a majority foremilk, which means its good for a feeding here or there but then do a full pump to replace it especially for the pitcher method😊

L&D nurse here👋🏻hand expression is also soooo important and helps so much with supply! Even if you are feeding with a bottle still hand express! It helps supply more than pumping when starting out!
