My parents dog passed and had chewy auto deliver. When they called to cancel the delivers they refunded their last order and donate it to a local shelter and two days later a huge bouquet showed up.

I ordered toys that were way larger than I realized. When I contacted Chewy, they refunded the money and told me to donate the toys to a shelter. They have hearts of gold. 🥰🥰

Chewy gets all my business and will for life. When my girl unexpectedly passed 2 years ago, they refunded $100+ bag of Rx food I’d just received and (w/o asking) $100+ in meds and said to donate it to a shelter. Later, I received a lovely note and flowers. They are always helpful and kind!

Chewy sent a gift to the woman who boarded our dogs (for free!!) after we lost almost everything in a wild fire. Chewy is the absolute best. 💙🐾

before my last pup passed, we found out she had diabetes and we emailed chewy. they sent us a 'sample package" for free- a huge bag of food for diabetic dogs, multiple toys, and a whole box of testing

When our dog passed, I emailed to stop his toy subscription. They refunded me, told me the keep the toys for the rest of the year for our other dogs (no cost) and send flowers. Chewy is amazing.
