My friend is deaf. They trained their dog to come get her if the baby woke up in the crib and started crying or cooing. It was the coolest thing!

Being a deaf parent I hate not being able to hear my kids without hearing aids, especially newborns because you can’t sleep in hearing aids (or not supposed to) and I can’t hear them if they need me
