im a da, the hydrogen peroxide needs to be broken down not just used like so, maybe try making a paste with the toothpaste and peroxide

2nd and 3rd will work, but WILL also strip your teeth, increase sensitivity, damage your enamel, and irritate your gums. expensive strips are expensive because they protect your teeth
