𐙚 Hello Kitty Marshmallows ✨ today i tried to make homemade marshmallows in the shape of hello kitty 💖 it is super soft and jiggly. they’re super cute too i feel bad chewing them 😭 ingredients: group A: 35g egg white 20g sugar prep-steps: — whip the egg white and sugar until foamy and reached medium peak group B: 60g water 100g sugar 20g corn syrup 15g gelatine steps: — mix all ingredients in group B in a pot, stir well until boiling. turn off the heat and add in the bloomed gelatine. stir once again until mixed thoroughly. — while hot, pour the mixture to the whipped egg white and sugar (from group A). whip all of them again using mixer for 2mins or until well combined. — divide the marshmallow mixture into several parts and give them each food colouring (pink, yellow, black). if the mixture starts to harden, you can melt it again using double boiler/microwave. — pour in the mixture to the oil-covered mould. let it set in the freezer for an hour. — take the marshmallows out carefully and toss them around on the roasted corn starch. make sure all surfaces are covered with the starch. — after 5mins, remove the excess starch by brushing them off. — enjoy! — @i._.cha ❕please do not repost my videos without permission. #homecafe #homecafé #homecooking #homebaking #homebaker #coquette #bakeathome #cutefood #hellokitty #marshmallow
