MEAL PREP WITH ME 🍽️  This weeks meal prep consists of Raspberry Biscoff Overnight Oats and Crispy Sweet Chilli Chicken with Egg Fried Rice for lunch. Make sure to press save for your next meal prep ☝🏼 BREAKFAST: •Raspberry Biscoff Overnight Oats •316 kcals - 16g PRO, 42g CHO, 9g FAT Serves 1 (per dish): -40g of oats -100g of 0% non fat Greek yoghurt -Toffee flavor drops (I use @myprotein ) -80ml of unsweetened almond milk -30g of raspberries  -15g of biscoff spread, melted  Method: 1. Mix the oats, yoghurt, flavor drops and milk together. 2. Mix in the raspberries and top with the melted Biscoff. Place in the fridge overnight. LUNCH: •Crispy Sweet Chilli Chicken & Egg Fried Rice •453 kcals - 44g PRO, 75g CHO, 5g FAT Serves 3: -300g of uncooked chicken breast -45g of cornflakes -1 egg, whisked -1 tsp of paprika & garlic powder -50ml of sweet chilli sauce -150g of uncooked basmati rice -200g of frozen veg -45ml of light soy sauce -1 tsp of garlic powder -1 egg -Spring onion/sesame seeds for garnish Method: 1. Rinse and drain the rice. Cook as per instructions on the pack. 2. Slice the chicken into thin strips and coat in the egg.  3. Crush the cornflakes and mix with paprika and garlic powder. Coat the chicken in this. 4. Spray with oil and Air fry for 15-20 mins. 5. Once the rice is cooked, add to an oiled pan. Mix in the frozen veg, soy sauce and garlic powder. 6. Make a hole in the middle and add in the egg. Mix around until combined with the rice.  7. Once the chicken is cooked, microwave the sweet chilli sauce for 20 seconds. Cover the chicken strips in the sauce. 8. Divide into 3 portions and top with some spring onions and sesame seeds.
