As a landlord, it might be my property but it’s my tenants home. And they have the right to peaceful enjoyment of that home. She needs to give them notice, she can’t just barge in whenever she feels.

No reason to list his home when his rent is payed. Unless theres something in the lease stating hes only allowed to rent for an x amount of time & then has to move out after x years, she has no right
