Low, slow, small. Low heat no more than 410, slow passes once, small sections.

Redken hot sets changed the game for me! Your hair has to be shampooed and conditioned properly though. I get my hair straight on 360 and it’s soft and silk

Another good option for heat protection is Kendra platinum blow dry spray . It’s pricey but it lasts a long time
