This is great advice. I have a giant care team because of complex illness, so when they ask about an irrelevant issue, I tend to say “I’m working on that with a different specialist.” Usually helps.

I have also found that saying right off the bat before they ask that I’m really concerned that I can’t exercise bc of *insert issue* and good golly gosh isn’t exercise so so important??
