@fitfoodieselma: Day 11 of my Recipe Advent Calendar: 5-ingredient Snowman Cake Pops⛄️🎄 These are such a fun & yummy dessert idea for the holidays😋✨ • More recipes in my Ebook which has 100 healthy & easy recipes, link is in my profile🥰 The Ebook is also a fun gift idea for a friend or a family member❤️ • This recipe makes about 4 big snowman cake pops: 3.5 oz. / 100g cream cheese 15 Oreo-style cookies • Toppings: White chocolate, melted Dark chocolate, melted Something orange for the nose, I used persimmon • 1. Place the cookies into a food processor or blender and pulse until fine crumb 2. Roll into balls. Make 4 bigger balls and 4 smaller ones. Dip the tip of each cake pop stick into the melted white chocolate, then stick in the big cake balls, dip the tip of the sticks again and add the smaller balls on top. Place on a plate lined with parchment paper 3. Let set in the freezer for 1 hour 4. Dip in melted white chocolate. Use melted dark chocolate to make the eyes, mouth & buttons, and a piece of persimmon for the nose. 5.
