My parents are also school teachers, and they barely recognise the job as it is now. Teachers need more support, more authority and higher salaries. Watch the exclusion rates go down then

charge the parents a fine and get them into parent classes so they understand how to work with schools and stop these kids disrupting the rest of the class

Council don’t care about children - just their own finances. Let them come in and support the child every day. Schools cannot keep support staff for 1:1s.
