ATI tracks are outrageously expensive to work on. Had the displeasure of working on the suspended ATI tracks on flagship Case combines. They ride great but they suck to work ok.

Make sure to take a break when you get to the field . The reinforcement bars get warm and will delaminate the layers

Do you have a hard time getting the correct amount of the hub oil in each hub? When I did mine, to get the finally amount in I had to let them sit over night.

Same with engine oil changes climbing to 10,000km and only needing to warm them up for 30 seconds at -30C before driving. They want to sell parts not cheap oil

Easy farming lesson. ALWAYS service sooner than the dealership/manuals state! They tell you those hours because they know you’re going to pay them big bucks at that point.

We do 5000hrs on our case with clear caps just check them in the morning as long as there is oil in there never had one go but when the seal goes it and drains the oil is the only time we had one go

Literally up to 6000 hours on our ‘17 Quadtrack. Occasionally replace the cap seal. Never change the oil unless it needs it. Our ‘03 quadtrack got all the bearings done at 5000 and it gave us nothing but greif afterward.

Yeah manufactures want to make them seem more appealing to own by showing they don’t need as much maintenance as other brands. On our challengers idlers reaction arms every year bogies every other

You have Dry ice at your local meat shop or food store . Put the axle into a cooler with the Dry Ice and a weed burner on the frame assembly till 400-500 . Maybe try one if you have time like always

Lucas hub oil is so damn thick that you can leak out oil from your hubs on your semi trailer and there will still be oil trapped in the bearings lol works good. Terrible to pour in the winter
