My problem is that my right leg is longer than my left so whenever i do this type of exercise im putting a little bit more pressure on my right knee than my left so idk how to deal with that :(

As a fellow knee pain survivor I 100% agree that goblet squat are one of the best warmups for the knees. But low key I’m just cooked I can’t do a squat without any pain. 🫡

I try to walk backwards on a treadmill and warm up squats and such, but I fear that my only option is to go lighter which I can't accept. I will try this and hope for the best

i like warming up the quads and knees with 5ish full ROM sissy squats then warm up sets of that specific exercise. knees still pop all the time but no pain and can high bar squat 260 to parallel
