Tortilla chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a large skillet brown ground beef. Drain grease. Prepare with taco seasoning as direction on package says. On cutting board, place a stack of tortillas. Cut off 2 sides of the tortillas leaving a 4” center. Cut center section in half vertically. Spray bunt pan with cooking spray. Place center tortilla strips in the bunt pan forming a fan pattern. Sprinkle with half the cheddar cheese on top the tortillas Spread taco meat on top of cheese. Place a third of the round tortilla strains around on top of the taco meat. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese on top of tortillas. Sprinkle with tortilla chips. Place another third of the round tortilla strips on top of the chips. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese. Spread the rest of the taco meat on top then some onion, red pepper, jalapeño and black olives. Sprinkle with the rest of the Monterey Jack cheese on top. Place the rest of tortilla rounds on top of the cheese. Press the tortillas til it is flat. Bake for 45 minutes til golden and crispy. Let cool 15 minutes. Place plate on top and flip. Slice and Enjoy.
