Visit in the summer, then you can see the tourists. October - april are probably the worst times to visit Estonia. Starts getting warmer in april or rather late april.

haha, it is just off season. come back in our beautiful summer time and you will see streets packed with tourists 🤣 usually people prefer better/warmer weather. but thnaks for this beautiful video 🥰
