If you open a CSP up to work on it and don’t take the HL clamp off line too that neutral can do some wild shit!!!

Municipal here in south central Missouri, most of ours are CSP, and we have mostly all self contained 3 phase transformers as well.

that makes sense because i have had a bad tx blow the tap fuse and I always wonder how it could blow tap fuse if it had a fuse in the tx
