uhm.. interesting. I've always stored peanut butter in the fridge.doesnt matter if it hard to scoop. you can warm the spoon in hot water anyway.

I literally found this out a few months ago as well. It tells you on the package to refrigerate once open to keep peanut butter solid. 🙈🙈😂😂

I made the mistake of adding honey to Crazy Richard’s peanut butter. It thickened up. Good the next day. Delicious in fact. Fast forward a month, it’s now what you’d take as survival food. Still very tasty, just more like those expensive refrigerated peanut butter bars moms pick up in Target’s produce section. BTW, Crazy Richard’s is so so good and affordable. Just peanuts. That’s it.
