@melvintures: We swam from Ao Nang Beach to Railay Beach in Krabi. ☺️ We could've just hopped on a long-tail boat, like most sensible people. But where's the fun in that? Sometimes, the thirst for adventure means doing it the hard way—earning the journey, one stroke at a time. It all started with one crazy idea while in Ao Nang Beach. This Kiwi guy from the hostel was like "What if we swim to Railay?" Of course, I said "We can do that!" We're backpackers! We're always chasing for that next adventure and always looking for the story we'll be telling for years. Railay Beach is approximately 3KM away from Ao Nang Beach. We started the journey from this floating pier, right at the end of the Monkey Trail in Ao Nang Beach. And we made it after swimming for more than two exhausting hours. So, here's to the backpacker spirit: chasing adventure, embracing the challenge, and always doing it the hard way. Would we do it again?
