Do you think a high power red light therapy panel could cause this? They advertise it as ‘near infrared’ at 860nm but wouldn’t it be infrared at that wavelength and also risk causing this?

I JUST found out that's what this is - I've had a small patch of this on the back of one of my calves near my knee, because it's the closest thing to my space heater at work 😭

I used to have this 3 years ago and didn’t know the name, but I figured it was due to my space heater under my desk at work. It went away after, but I got stretch marks after… would it be related?
