I’d love to hear them and they could help others, too ❤️ For this interested in my daily quick soaked protein oats formula, it’s; 1/2 cup whole oats 2 scoops chocolate protein Creatine 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp hemp seeds 1 tbsp peanut butter Handful of berries or a chopped banana METHOD: Mix the oats, protein, creatine and chia, cover with boiling water and a splash of oat milk, leave to soak for 2 mins then stir in more oat milk or yoghurt, then top with the hemp seeds, nut butter and fruit.
