I’ll be serving up these Woolworths Plantitude Meringue Nests at a few parties I’m headed to this week! INGREDIENTS 1-2 packs Woolworths Platitude Mini Meringue Nests 1 can Woolworths Passionfruit Pulp Kiwi, cut into small pieces Mango, cut into small pieces Blueberries 1 cup of Vanilla coconut yoghurt Icing sugar to dust METHOD Cut your favourite fresh fruit into bite size pieces. When you're ready for dessert, place a small dollop of vanilla coconut yoghurt into each Plantitude Pavlova nest. Top with fresh fruit (don't skip the passionfruit pulp!!) and dust with icing sugar! #ad
