This BURGERITO MEAL PREP will have you looking forward to dinner every day🍔🌯 Macros for 2 burritos: 776 cal, 82g Protein, 24g carbs, 30g fat (you may choose to eat just 1 burrito for fewer cal) You will need: 2 burrito tortillas we use 50 cal ones Extreme Wellness 93% Lean 7% fat ground beef 48oz raw (each burrito gets 9oz cooked) Season with: 1 packet of Brown Sugar Bourbon @McCormick Spices 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp paprika In a skillet using cooking spray, cook beef combined with seasonings. Cook until turns brown 4 white onions chopped Seasoning with salt & pepper to taste Using the same skillet after beef is done, cook onions with seasonings until they become caramelized 1 large pack of Cremini Mushrooms Seasoned with salt & pepper to taste Using the same pan after onions are done, cook mushrooms with seasonings. For 4-5 minutes mixing well every minute. Additional toppings: per burrito Banana Peppers Chopped Lettuce Chopped tomatoes Sprinkle of reduced fat cheddar shredded cheese Homemade BIG MAC SAUCE🔥 1/2 cup avocado Mayo 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup non fat Greek yogurt 1/4 cup dill relish 1/4 cup banana peppers juice 1/4 cup diced onions 2 tbsp yellow mustard 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well until it becomes into a thick sauce. For this meal prep we decided to store everything separate instead of making individual containers for each person. I will chop lettuce & tomatoes fresh daily. All done!
