There’s nothing better than gathering friends to watch your favorite team while enjoying hearty shareable appetizers like this one. @Sargento Cheese Aged Italian Blend includes four types of cheese which takes this appetizer to the next level. #ad  Cheesy Stuffed Pizza Crust  (Makes 1, Serves 6)    Ingredients:  ½ lb uncased sweet Italian sausage, cooked  8 ounces jarred roasted pepper, drained and chopped  12 ounces Sargento® Reserve Series™ Aged Italian Blend  ¼ cup all-purpose flour  1 lb pizza dough  2 tbsp olive oil  3 tbsp semolina flour (optional)  3 tbsp melted butter  ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley  ½ tsp garlic powder  ½ tsp salt  15 ounces of marinara sauce    -Preheat the oven to 400F  -In a large bowl mix together the cooked Italian sausage, roasted peppers, and Sargento® Reserve Series™ Aged Italian. -Add flour to a clean surface then stretch and roll the dough into a 16 by 10 rectangle. Cut down the middle lengthwise, but do not completely cut in half. Instead, stack one side on top of the next to create a long thin rectangle.  -Place the cheese mixture down the middle. Fold one side over the mixture and seal using damp fingers.  -Grease a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.  -Gently transfer the stuffed pizza crust onto a baking sheet. Brush the stuffed pizza crust with olive oil and top with semolina flour (optional)  -Bake for 17-20 or until golden brown.  -While the stuffed pizza crust bakes, mix butter, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and salt.  -Brush the stuffed crust with butter mixture before serving.  -Serve warm with marinara sauce.
