That’s incredible.I’m Italian,our system is not perfect,we’re short of staff and we might have to wait for non urgent treatments,but it’s free for everyone and we’re not slaves of insurance companies

I deal with the same all the time. Always denying what patients really need. Most likely the insurance doc has not seen a patient in a while or been out of practice for sometime.
