What spinal surgeries did you have? I had a spine injury & tumor on my spinal cord from the scar tissue. I developed cystic acne too!

Ugh I got cystic acne out of nowhere in my late 20s. It was so painful. They put me on doxycycline for a year! It ruined my gut flora. Went on accurate after and that solved it.

Thank you for sharing I have hormonal cystic acne it’s a big insecurity and it is hard cause it just hurts when the break out is happening. I might look into the micro needling to see if it helps

I also never had bad acne until adulthood and it’s really sucks. Some things make it a little better but nothing improves it massively for me but have never tried this! Thank you for sharing

Acutane was the only thing that helped me when I randomly got horrible cystic acne in my 30s. Idk where mine came from, but it was bad & killed my self esteem.
