seriously...one of the most important concepts i learned is "relationships are built before you need them". Go to the party, have a conversation, find a common interest with a colleague. It will be useful.

I agree . I am remote but have been to 2 happy hours . While I lowkey hated it (I’m an introvert with social anxiety) I feel it benefited me and showed I was “trying”
