The doctor will see you in 10 minutes is a dream. Usually it is 2 hours even with the appointment. And how far you get the appointment is another question.

In The Netherlands you have a own risk of 350 a year, so what ever happens you never have to pay more than that. But you never have to pay anything at you doctor office.

Kommt auf die Ärzte drauf an. Mit Termin ca 5-20 Minuten Wartezeit. Ohne Termin ja da kann es schon mal 2-3 Stunden dauern.
