Yep bcz even if they say Im fine I believe they have missed something especially with all the 'horror' stories in the press all the time 😒 'woman went to docs with back pain & died two weeks later'

my doctors must be sick of seeing my name come up in the past month 🙈. constant panic attacks due to health anxiety. such a horrid cycle of anxiety!

I’ve been told by a professor !!! that he’s not overly concerned about my bladder cancer but wants to check a couple of things …. That’s it, I’m spiralling !!

Have a look at the research on the link between health anxiety and ocd. Its very aligned. Once i saw my health anxiety was linked to a obsessive compulsion i was able to understand it mre. Its so hard

I used to get reassured and now that doesn’t work. I walk out waiting for the what if to hit me. Usually does by the time I reach the car park. Then I start feeling dizzy and sick and that awful panic
