DailyMail.com has learned that Kennedy was arrested on a domestic violence charge, after attending Kathy Hilton's Christmas bash with girlfriend Ally Lewber on Tuesday. TMZ has reported that Kennedy was detained after Burbank police responded to a call about an argument between the Vanderpump Rules alum and a woman. A witness claimed to have seen Kennedy and the woman arguing, and the reality star is said to have at one point grabbed her. Officers say they did not see any visible injuries on the woman. The authorities determined it was a domestic violence incident following an investigation, and Kennedy was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.
