Just googled because ever since I started using mine my hair is thinning insanely fast…. Like substantially and receding hairline. I’m starting nutrafol and will see if I can get my money back. Aesop balms and fragrances are amazing. Will never buy shampoo again

If you're getting hair fall from a shampoo, it might be because your hair was going to shed anyway it just clings on but when you actually cleanse your whatever is already dead. You might have buildup attaching dead follicles to your scalp possibly, but it made my hair longer and I used it for a year. We just ordered more yesterday.. 🤷♀️

It causes haircall for me. My hair been falling the triple size than it normally does. But it does make your hair long in length😭

UPDATE: I went to the store and they said that they have never heard of this type of situation… they accepted to do a return and give me my money back but they couldn’t tell me the reason!!! 😭

It left my hair incredibly dry yet not clean, it’s sulfate free but not effective - they have limited hair care options so it is not made most hair types. I recommend the brand Davines (melu shampoo)
