One thing I’ve adopted from my father who was in the military is exclusively nasal breathing. This made me run so much better. When you use your mouth it makes you tired faster

Tried those but didn't work out for me, what I do now is nasal breathing. Breathe in every first step and breathe out on my fourth step.

I tried every technique and eventually learnt to realise I didn’t need to have a technique - letting go of ‘control’ and just doing what my body does helps me. So I’ve noticed I am a mix of nose
