Once I needed surgery, they tried to schedule for January. I said no I already paid my whole deductible! I’d be out thousands for nothing! Surgeon flew home to do it Dec 30th. Most aren’t that lucky.

It should be the same way with dentistry, it's a human right. You need good teeth to literally be able to live. Without dentures I would have a terrible, short life, but it somehow cost me 10k CASH.

How is that I paid for health insurance for 15 years and never used it, and people who need it are getting denied claims (also have co workers and friends who never use it, but is illegal to don't have it 🤔. Where is our money going if the ones in need are getting denied)

I work as a amerihealth caritas claims examiner and was told many times to find a reason to deny claims. I did not and was told you need to deny claims I lost my job they said look for maybe

My daughter had surgery. At 5 pm the night before when we needed to be there at 6 am they called and told us it was 40k. Then when they got there they said you can pay 10k instead…

The lower middle class gets it the worst. We make too much money for any help, but we don’t make enough to afford deductibles. I need biopsies for BC reoccurrence, can’t afford the 1k so…. 🤷🏼♀️

My UHC monthly premium is $750/month for my family. Plus we put $300/pay period into a HSA, because our deductible is $12k. We never ever know how much a doctor visit or procedure will cost

I just looked up premiums for United Healthcare just doing some research, for my Healthcare plan for my husband and I to be able to utilize as much as we can it costs $1000 a month.BCBS is $300.
