I was in a car accident. The police themselves said I was not to blame. So my car insurance refused to help me pay for car repairs or a different vehicle and then the other guys company refused.

Maybe it’s better than 15 years ago. But since I’ve been dealing with all insurance I find it’s more effective to just put those monthly payments under my mattress

My property insurance of 13 years have denied 100% of my claims. I left them because they wanted a 60% premium increase even tho they had paid me ZERO dollars after collecting around $100K in premiums

Are you not including the insurance company in your lawsuit? I worked for a PI firm for a decade and the insurance was always included as a defendant in a litigation case.

I heard someone say that if they reject your claim they have to return all the premiums that you have payed over the years. Because that’s a breech of contract
