My buddy just opened a charcuterie restaurant and it’s absolutely killing it. This would be a heck of a lot cheaper and likely more profitable.

Big problem is, cold food should be stored below 5 degrees celsius and you cannot just leave the cold cuts and cheese in open area. food contaminations is one of the big factors.

10 grand revenue or profit? Any guess? Cheese and deli meats are so pricey 😭 so is honey, nuts, dried fruits, fruit in general…

if she did a corporate party for 10k a month at best you could do what 2 a week even and that's at best. this one cart would be what a 1000 dollar higher. or something like 20 dollars a head.

It would be more than $2100. You would need a trailer of some sort which would be $3000-10000 and a truck to drive that trailer. You probably wouldn't see profit until 6 months.

Ok so depends on your city, but in MD, you need a certified kitchen to prep and keep your car/food truck etc.. That's super expensive. if you get past that hurdle, your set.
