Truly devastating how they died. I cannot imagine their suffering for days, their thoughts of knowing they were going to die. The families thay never got to have a funeral for them😭

my uncle insisted in the navy the next day after all over he came home which a purple heart medal 🙏🏽🙏🏽he cried for a long time after that
