@shantigracie: making these to convince myself i’m not sad about losing a lil bit of 🍑 but all in all it’s crazy to see what a year or 2 or 3 can do! I had alot of appetite shifts this year which really somehow result in me eating in a caloric deficit while continuing to work out. which is definitely the reason for the change lol. I’ve been working out for 4 years now and tkme and time again the main factor in my physical appearance changes is always diet :/ which can be so trucky to navigate! I think it’s so important to give your bidy whag it needs when it needs it! and if you change physically because of it so be it! Food has definitely always been a comfort for me and for some reason this year it wasn’t as much.
