Computer literacy is a problem, but what a lot of people don’t realize is all these schools put so many locks on those chrome books you really don’t learn how to use a computer you learn to open apps

the problem of linux is not a matter of difficulty its easy to learn if you just google it, its a matter of convenience and alot of modern games not supporting it

what on earth is touch typing😭🙏 I've been using a computer my whole life and was only taught how to use WASD when I was playing minecraft, I just do whatever otherwise

For 99% of PC users Linux is an overkill tbh. It's not user-friendly and nothing close to intuitive. Windows and MacOS is more than enough for daily work

Also Linux is just windows but significantly worse for the average user, yeah it's optimized to hell for certain things or whatever but for most people those things will go unnoticed and unused

most kids these days grow up wirh technology, but its in the form of mobile devices like phones and tablets. having computer literacy requires you to own a computer, and most kids dont have access to them
