My husband did a tour in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. Nearly 3 years put together. It took a role on him mentally and physically. Now I pleading with my 17 yr old to not enlist but it’s not working

The holy war you didn’t know you were fighting. My husband left as a 19yr old boy full of light & came home as a 21yr old man carrying the horrors he had seen in the deep valleys on his face.
