If you're not in a calorie deficit, your belly fat won't "melt". In general, you can't burn fat in a specific area by doing certain exercises.. it's all about the calorie deficit.

I do 20 mins treadmill, stair master 8 mins , speed bag 5 min and some glutes workout then finish with sauna , cut off sugar soda bread alcohol, lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks . Best I done in my life

This is not always true. If you want results it takes more than 15 minutes of cardio. It helps but it's takes much more. Including diet ( calorie deficit)
