I only use stock…. It’s more flavorful. And McCormick has a pot roast season bag packet that is out of this world. I use the seasoning packet and I only use Chuck roast. It falls apart.

Mix the veggies in the onion mix and a good coating of flour, probably 1/2-1 cup, boom gravy with no extra effort. ✨
