Despite being obsessed with literature, I’m also incredibly passionate about mental health, wellness, and self care 🥹🤍 As a content creator and full time employee, prioritizing my emotional wellbeing is super important. It can be so easy to fall into a daily routine, just set on going through the motions, but if you’re like me, you probably could use a break ⚔️ One of my unpopular opinions is that it’s okay to take a break from reading, especially if you’re finding joy doing other things.
