Mid Dec to Mid Jan are always crazy and delayed now. It is what it is. Literally everyone is sending receiving multiple packages every day. People just need to expect it and accept it.

Yes, UPS same issue. Also, hardly any room in the stores. So now I’m just having them pickup here at the house twice a week.

USPS gives me consistent issues. Estimated arrival dates and tracking are nearly useless. I scan every package at the kiosk before dropping so that customers can see it is in their possession. UPS 👍

I went to ship multiple things and saw the poster about the increased prices. It was quadruple price to ship my normal flags and scroll saw cut outs I ship. Crazy today. UPS and FedEx were way higher!
