@sidrdesai: To be clear, you absolutely can get sick from eating street food, but that's true anywhere in the world. Preparing food in a little stall is not going to be as clean as a full kitchen with four walls. Nevertheless the videos I'm talking about show some atrocious stuff that I've never ever seen in person. It's possible the videos are staged, but I doubt it. I think the people uploading that stuff are just going to the most poverty stricken places in India to exploit vulnerable people for content.
