it seems to me, most landlords don't seem to have the balanced attitude to renting to others.can't wrap their head around ordinary wear&tear & legal repairs.they HATE strangers living in "their" prpty

I’d argue any so called damage/badness from a tenant is a failure of a property manager in doing their job. Isn’t their whole job vetting to get the “best tenant”? 🤷🏼♀️

It’s important to continue to advocate for tenants. If I had the money I’d buy a house but unfortunately the savings I would have had now goes towards paying the $450 a month rent increase we are now paying. So living pay to pay. I bet next year we will get rent increase.

My sons landlord putting up rent by $110 a week as of Jan but is now giving a bad reference for rent being late a few times. Renters can’t win!
