@fitnessonline.app: Triceps dumbbell kickback This exercise is perfectly suited as the final phase of a tricep work out. Instruction • The starting position is standing next to a flat bench. Bend your right knee and place it on the bench, then place your right hand on the bench for support and keep your back at a 45 degree angle. • Grab a dumbbell and hold it in your left hand. Place your left foot on the floor. • Bend your left arm and raise it up towards your shoulder. Exhale and extend your arm with a controlled kick back motion fully behind you. You should feel a stretch in your triceps muscle. The arm above the elbow should be fixed tightly. • Hold this position for a second. As you inhale return to the starting position. • Switch arms and repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
