FULL RECIPE ⬇️💪 This super easy bulking breakfast is one of the many recipes pulled straight from my bulking guide. I just had to show you this one 🤤🦍 Recipe👨🏻‍🍳 Serves 1: 🍽️ Calories & macros📊 Per bagel: 757 calories 🔥 Macros: 50g P | 56g C | 35g F 🦍 Ingredients ✅ - 1 bagel (brand: New York) - 1 egg - 2 bacon (or turkey bacon) medallions (brand: @musclefood 💪) - 100g halloumi (3 slices) - half an avocado  - 10g butter - Sweet chilli sauce  Method ⏰ 1. smash the avocado in a bowl, season salt and pepper to taste, then set aside.  2. slice the bagel in half so you have a 'top' and 'base', toast the base, then cut a larger hole in the top half (big enough to crack an egg into) and set aside. 3. To hot pan add some cooking spray and fry 2 bacon medallions over medium heat to your desired crispiness and set aside.  4. Melt the butter in the same pan then add top half of the bagel to the pan (cut side down) and crack an egg into the centre, seasoning with salt and pepper.  5. Next add the halloumi to the pan in slices and sizzle for 1-2 minutes until golden. 6. To finish cooking the egg, place a lid on top or place in the grill for a few minutes. 7. stack the bagel starting with the base, followed by the smashed avocado, bacon, halloumi, a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce and finally, the top bagel with the egg. 8. sprinkle on some chives for presentation, and enjoy!
