Yeah, the dark helps a ton! Agree with the other comments about more lights and ornaments, but I’m also a maximalist when it comes to Xmas trees so may just be a preference thing. Looks great tho!

Nope, still looks like lights on a wire because they are too uniform in that straight pattern vs other lights. Maybe if you did all of the lights with the wire? Seems like an unnecessary extra step
