Hun it doesn’t matter if you pass with flying colors they will fail you. So if they ever ask if you want to do the field tests say no. I’ve done them stone cold sober and they would have failed me.

Perfectly sober I would’ve failed that test. Especially the one where you say your ABC’s backwards might as well stop wasting time and pull out the breathalyzer

I’m not saying that she isn’t DUI, but the tests can’t be won by a sober person…I have a lazy eye that can’t do the pen test and they tell you to stop the leg thing once you stumble
